Original design and sampling iteration: A design + craftsmanship team was established to draw the first version of the drawing based on the client's size and needs, and complete the first sample within 48 hours. Regarding issues such as "tightness of wine bottle insertion" and "hand strap load-bearing", the structure was optimized through 4 samplings (e.g., adjusting opening size, reinforcing stitches), and the mass production plan was finally confirmed.
Exclusive color customization: Extract the color value of ceramic wine bottles, collaborate with fabric suppliers to customize fabrics of the same color system, and produce 3 sets of color samples for client confirmation to ensure visual adaptation between tool bags and wine bottles.
Flexible production scheduling: Lock in fabric supplier capacity in advance to shorten the custom cycle; after bad weather caused material delays, immediately communicate a batched delivery plan with the client (30% + 30% + 40% in 3 batches), and deploy the production team to work overtime to shorten the single-batch production cycle.
The wine company focuses on high-end white wine market, with "quality + culture" as its core competitiveness. Supporting materials for new product launches need to reflect the brand tone.
